Built in the 1870s as a tobacco customs inspection center, the 20,000 square foot Tobacco Warehouse is a dramatic outdoor venue for large-scale events and performances. The recently restored Warehouse offers offers a 7,200 square foot tented space (available May through October) which easily seats 350 for dinner or 700 theatre-style.

Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park offers you the opportunity to host a group picnic, or birthday celebration, on the waterfront with spectacular views of Manhattan. Bring your own blankets and lawn chairs for our South Lawn or relax on our picnic tables underneath the trees in the Picnic Grove.
