Fun Fact
The plants around the park cove, put in place by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, include many native coastal species. The plants were intentionally chosen to provide highly diversified feeding and nesting habitats for birds, and to attract pollinators, especially butterflies.

For over 18 years, White Bird Productions has been producing plays, commissioning new work, collaborating with musicians and choreographers and offering children’s theater classes in Brooklyn. The company returns this year to entertain children and adults with their puppetry for two daytime shows in the Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park section of the Brooklyn Bridge Park. FREE!
