Noodle YogaThe Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy and Noodle Yoga are proud to bring Sunset Yoga to the boardwalk of the Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park section of Brooklyn Bridge Park on

Wednesdays, June 14, July 5, August 2 and September 6

The free classes will begin shortly before dusk with instructors from DUMBO's Noodle Yoga and will feature the inspiring New York City Harbor sunset.

Noodle Yoga certified instructors will offer vinyasa style yoga; connecting movement with breath, and breath with movement.

The Noodle philosophy is a non-competitive, safe, fun, creative and challenging one; the emphasis is not on reaching any particular goals, rather the journey you take. Classes are open to anyone and everyone interested in beginning or continuing their yoga practice.

"This beautiful waterfront park is already a peaceful oasis for harried New Yorkers, but with free Sunset Yoga, you can double your calm," said Marianna Koval, Co-Executive Director of the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy.
