The team from No. 7 is taking their love of deliciously crazy flavors and applying them to hot dogs and veggie dogs, along with light sandwiches, bright salads, and drinks like house-made lemonade. Think fennel & orange salad with thai basil on a hot dog!

Café Roebling

A tribute to John Augustus Roebling, Café Roebling is designed to enhance the experience of every guest by offering bold and balanced signature plates, including a Seared Peach Caprese appetizer, Veggie Macro Bowl, and a decadent Chocolate Mousse, all paired with hand selected wines, ales, and original, innovative cocktails. The design radiates the circulation of energy and activity through all parts of the café and provides a welcoming setting for all our guests.
