All MWAV nights will be open to the public, first come, first served – no advanced registration is required. We recommend arriving early to claim your spot on the lawn when doors open at 6pm.

Food and music start at 5:00 PM on the Pier 1 Promenade, the lawn opens at 6:00 PM, and movies begin at sundown (around 8:30pm). We recommend arriving early to move through bag check, stake out a good spot, and take in the spectacular skyline!

  • Can I bring my own food?

Of course. Feel free to bring in your own food, but outside alcohol and glass is still prohibited on the lawn. To that end, be advised that bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.

Outside alcohol and glass bottles have always been prohibited in the Park. With food and drink options from Smorgasburg, we want to remind you of this policy in order to ensure the safety and security of moviegoers.

  • What accommodations are there for accessibility?

The movies will be captioned, and if you need a seat, please see a Conservancy staff member at one of our welcome tents upon arrival. There is reserved seating at the top of the lawn (on the hardscape) for people who require physical accommodations.

  • Can I bring my own chairs, or my dog? What can I bring?

No and no unfortunately. Chairs (other than wheelchairs) are not allowed on the lawn, so please bring your own blanket. Dogs are not allowed on the lawns at any time, per Park rules.

There is limited reserved seating at the top of the lawn (on the hardscape) for people who require physical accommodations. Please see a Conservancy staff member at one of our welcome tents upon arrival to inquire.

The nearest restrooms are available all night at the Pier 1 Turnaround lot, in Squibb Park and on Pier 2, as well as the Pierhouse bathrooms until 7:30 PM.
