Hit the grass and push your body to new limits in this class that combines bodyweight strength and cardio, challenging both your energy systems and motor control. This class is open to all levels and takes place at the Pier 2 Sports Turf at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Classes run weekly on Wednesdays, May 3-September 27 from 6:00-7:00pm.
Advanced registration is required. We are now opening registration by-the-month (opens at the start of the month for all classes that month) here.
Important: In addition to registration, all fitness participants are required to fill out our fitness waiver here. Once completed, your waiver is good for all Conservancy fitness classes of the 2023 season – you only need to fill it out once! Those under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian complete the form on their behalf.
Confirmation emails include a link to this waiver. It must be completed before you can participate in any of our fitness programming; individuals who have not completed a waiver will not be permitted to join. Individuals may only register for one spot per class; those who book multiple spots for one class will have their excess reservations removed.
