Designed to diversify your workout, this one-hour Bootcamp-style high intensity interval training class by Chelsea Piers Fitness will incinerate calories and build strength. Come give your all at the Pier 6 lawns at Brooklyn Bridge Park in this all-level cardio, strength and plyometric-based workout at 10:00 am on September 21 and October 12.
