Hit the grass and push your body to new limits in this class that combines bodyweight strength and cardio, challenging both your energy systems and motor control. This class is open to all levels and takes place at the Pier 2 Sports Turf at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Classes run weekly on Wednesdays, May 4-September 28 from 6:00-7:00pm.
Advanced registration is required. Registration opens at this link every Tuesday at 10:00am for class the following week.
Important: The registration involves two steps — once you complete registration at the link above, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to an online waiver which must be completed before you can participate in our fitness programming. Individuals who have not completed a waiver will not be permitted to join. Individuals may only register for one spot per class. Those who book multiple spots for one class will have their excess reservations removed.
