Join for our new Core and Flexibility Training class with Dodge YMCA to improve strength, tone, and flexibility. The goal of this class is to grow your confidence, improve your connection with your body, and push past your perceived limits. The class is a combination of core and flexibility exercises designed to build a strong foundation of movement capacity. Classes run on Sundays, May 7-September 24, 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at the Pier 6 Lawn.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats; an extremely limited number will be available to borrow from Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy staff.
Advanced registration is required. We are now opening registration by-the-month (opens at the start of the month for all classes that month) here.
Confirmation emails include a link to this waiver. It must be completed before you can participate in any of our fitness programming; individuals who have not completed a waiver will not be permitted to join. Individuals may only register for one spot per class; those who book multiple spots for one class will have their excess reservations removed.
