Get the whole family moving together at this family-focused class for movers of all ages with Chelsea Piers Fitness — taking place the fourth Sunday of every month, May-August at the Pier 6 Liberty Lawn!
This class starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by an introduction to a key element of fitness. Whether it’s a squat, plank, or push-up, your family will gain a new fitness skill. The class will also include classic games such as Minos and Sharks and Tag, as well as introduce skills including breathing techniques and meditation. Be prepared to engage with your family members at all times as this is not a drop-off class. This is a class specifically designed to bring families together.
Advanced registration is required. Register at this link for class on Sunday, May 23. Registration opens every Tuesday at 10:00am for fitness classes the following week.
Important: The registration involves two steps — once you complete registration at the link above, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to an online waiver which must be completed before you can participate in our fitness programming. Individuals who have not completed a waiver will not be permitted to join. Individuals may only register for one spot per class. Those who book multiple spots for one class will have their excess reservations removed.
