Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy is a 501c3 that has worked for over 35 years to bring Brooklyn Bridge Park to life. We started out as grassroots advocates, bringing together residents, government, and local supporters to transform Brooklyn’s abandoned waterfront into the beautiful park we know and love today.
Now an essential supporter, the Conservancy serves as the Park’s main programming partner. Through a yearly line-up of hundreds of free and low-cost cultural, recreational, and educational events, our programs help the Park reach its full potential as a dynamic and vibrant public space for all.
Since 2000, more than 1.8 million visitors have enjoyed the Conservancy’s programs. From Movies With A View, to environmental education, citizen science initiatives, waterfront workouts, kayaking, live music, theatre, dance and more, we strive to offer world-class events and activities for all interests and ages.
