Celebrate the final Movies with a View film, as part of Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy’s 22nd season of Brooklyn’s beloved outdoor film series!
On Thursday, August 25 the movie is left to Public Choice, options include Back to the Future (PG), Mamma Mia! (PG-13), or Mission Impossible (PG). Voting is now open:
Voting will close at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, August 17 and the winning selection will be announced the next day at the August 18 Movies With A View: The Mitchells Vs. the Machines, followed by Park social media channels. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be deleted. Emails will be added to our weekly events email list, which you may opt of at any time.
Lawn open at 6pm and the movie begins at sundown (around 7:55 PM). Smorgasburg will provide tasty treats and drinks all evening along the Pier 1 promenade, now starting earlier at 5:00pm, featuring a selection of NYC’s favorite food vendors! Beer and wine concessions will be available for purchase for adults 21 and over.
The pre-movie lineup includes DJ Isis Swaby brought to you by Brooklyn Radio, and a short film We Call Him Super (directed by local filmmaker Michael Patten), selected by BAM Film.
