How To Get Here

A special evening with the Visions Trio, presented in collaboration with the American Symphony Orchestra

Join us on Thursday, September 30 at 6:00pm for a free concert from the Visions Trio at Pier 3 Greenway Terrace in Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Advanced RSVP encouraged. Click here to register. We will do our utmost to accept walk ups as space allows.

This eclectic trio will perform a variety of music from two distinct decades in our history, the 1920s and 2020s. The program, which includes music by Erwin Schulhoff, Astor Piazzolla, Bix Beiderbecke, Lonnie Johnson, and Esperanza Spalding, among others, will take a look at the Roaring 20’s of both centuries. Enjoy an evening in the company of the New York City skyline with music spanning from classical to jazz, with popular pieces by contemporary BIPOC and women composers and new arrangements by the ASO’s own Pete Donovan.

Scroll below for further details on the Visions Trio and the program!

The ASO’s Chamber Series is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
