Join Dodge YMCA Fitness for free outdoor weekly Zumba classes that are so much fun you’ll forget that you’re burning calories! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music, utilizing dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness program. This class features aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Sneakers are recommended! Classes run on Mondays, May 6 through September 30 from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM at the Pier 3 Plaza, excluding holiday weekends.

Advanced registration and waiver is required. Note, we are opening registration by the month (opens at start of the month for all classes that month). Cancellations are not required, but appreciated to give our instructors a head count!
